How to use this studio
Two steps: build a flavour blend, then turn it into a real production batch.
Step 1 — Flavour concentrate builder
Recipe name and Group organise your saved library. Batch size (ml) is the reference volume the percentages are calculated against — a test batch, not your production run. Target PG/VG ratio locks in this recipe's intended ratio, which auto-loads into step 2 when you select this recipe there.
Each row is one flavour. The Concentrate dropdown picks it straight from your concentrate database — Supplier, Flavour, and Density fill in automatically and lock (grey out), since they're coming from that database rather than being typed here. Pick Custom instead to type them manually for something not in the database yet. Either way you still set % of blend (a % of the whole final e-liquid, not just the flavours — the rest is room for nic base and PG/VG) and PG % (this flavour's own PG/VG carrier — used automatically in step 2's PG/VG math, no manual slider needed).
Normalize to 100% rescales all percentages to add up to 100. This happens automatically whenever you load a saved recipe.
Save recipe stores the blend in your library, on the right, grouped and searchable. Click a saved recipe to load it; rename, move, or delete it from the same list.
Export this recipe / Import this recipe (in the button row above) handle just the one recipe currently open in the editor.
Export library / Import library (above the saved recipes list) handle your whole saved library as one JSON file — this is the one to use for backups or to hand your library to someone else.
Step 2 — Manufacturing calculator
Flavour blend source — the blend you're currently editing in step 1 (live), any saved recipe, or a manual % entry. Each flavour's own PG % (set back in step 1) is used for the PG/VG math automatically. Flavour base is only matters as a fallback — for a manual % entry, or a flavour that has no PG % assigned.
Bottles × Bottle size (ml) plus Overage (%) set your real production volume.
Nicotine: enter your nic base's actual strength and PG/VG carrier ratio — the calculator handles dilution, so there's no need to pre-halve it yourself. Nicotine density (Freebase / Salt / Custom) feeds into the weight figures. PG and VG density are shown but locked — see Admin settings.
Target PG/VG ratio auto-loads from whichever recipe you selected above (in steps of 5), and can still be nudged manually afterward for a one-off deviation.
Results show Total batch, Nicotine base, Flavour blend, PG top-up, and VG top-up — each in both ml and grams, with a warning if the target ratio isn't achievable as configured. The batch sheet on the right lists every flavour line plus nic base/PG/VG scaled to your real batch size — your production pick list. Log this batch, next to Print sheet, records what was just calculated — recipe, bottles, strength, and every volume — to a shared batch log that shows up under "Recent batches" in the Inventory module, if this file is running alongside it. Flavours picked from the concentrate database (rather than Custom) stay linked all the way through, so Inventory can deduct them from stock with one click.
Admin settings
The ⚙ Admin button (PIN required) controls the fixed PG, VG, freebase, and nic salt densities used everywhere in the calculator, and lets you change the PIN itself. This is a soft lock to prevent accidental changes during normal mixing, not real security — this file runs entirely in your browser with no server behind it.
Concentrate flavour database
The 🧪 Database button (no PIN needed) opens a simple reference list — SKU, supplier, flavour, density, and cost per litre — for keeping track of your concentrates. It's independent of your recipes: nothing here feeds automatically into step 1 or step 2, it's just a place to keep the numbers handy.
Nicotine, VG & PG database
The 💧 Base DB button opens an editable list of your nicotine, VG, and PG products — type, name, strength (mg/ml), carrier PG %, density, and cost per litre. Like the concentrate database, it's a reference list only for now — it doesn't feed into the manufacturing calculator's fields automatically.
Recipe database
The 📋 Recipes button gives you every saved recipe in one table. Name, group, batch size, target PG/VG ratio, and total % are all editable directly in the table — changes save automatically. Editing Total % rescales every flavour line in that recipe proportionally to hit the new total, the same way "Normalize to 100%" works in step 1. Flavour count is calculated, not editable — use Load to change individual flavour lines. Manufacture jumps straight to step 2 with the recipe selected as the flavour blend source.
A few things worth knowing
Saved recipes and admin settings persist automatically between sessions.
Weight (g) figures are calculated from densities, not measured — a strong estimate, not a substitute for a real reading if precision matters.
Nothing here is nicotine or safety advice — strength, ratios, and handling remain your responsibility.

Ingredient densities
Restricted to admin accounts. Enforced on the server, not just in this screen — the database rejects a non-admin write regardless of what the browser does.
